Unless otherwise stated, a deposit of 25% of the rental fee is payable if the booking is made 12 weeks before the start of the rental. The balance shall be payable 12 weeks before the commencement of the rental. For bookings made less than 12 weeks prior to the commencement of the rental 50% of the total fee is payable. The balance shall be payable 6 weeks before the commencement of the rental. A refundable secuirty deposit of £125 is payable when booking.
